This project intends to investigate, collect and reorganize Macau archives scattered in public record offices overseas, which serves as a macro preservation of those precious documents. In so doing, http://globalarchivesmacau.must.edu.mo/ is founded, a digitized library of Macau archives compiled by experts and scholars documenting critical internal and external events from 1500s through the 21st century. It is maintained for academic researches and public educations.
